If you need to contact us for any reason, you may join our Discord and open a ticket in the #ticket channel, or email us at contact@gamerdorks.net.

Refunds

Gamer Dorks will not refund any purchases made on the server store, and chargebacks are not accepted.  Any chargeback made will result in a permanent ban from the Minecraft server.  If your purchase is billed to an account or card that is not yours, ensure that the cardholder is aware of this purchase.

If there is a payment issue, such as if you do not receive a package you purchased, please contact us using the methods listed before.
