The Gamer Dorks Minecraft Network is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Purchase Policy

Please follow the guidelines below when making purchases to ensure that you make the best of your purchase.  We retain the right to revoke any packages purchased if you break any of these policies or if you break our community rules and guidelines.

Timely Delivery

  • Any virtual packages you purchase should be delivered within 20 minutes.  If after this time you still have not received your package, please scroll down to the Contact Us section and either open a Discord Ticket or Email us.  We will do what it takes to make sure you get what you paid for.

Nickname Policy

  • Your nickname may not contain any inappropriate language or anything else that may go against our server rules.
  • Your nickname may not contain any special characters that may make chat or the tablist difficult to read.
  • Your nickname cannot be used to impersonate a member of our staff team; or that of our partners; or of Microsoft, Discord, Mojang, GamerSafer, or Minehut.

Private World Guidelines

  • Before purchasing a private world, we recommend opening a ticket in our Discord server or sending us an email about it so that we can expedite the world creation process.  Make sure to include a description of its world seed, world name, superflat/single biome settings (if applicable), or other reasonable requests related to the world.
  • We have the right to deny any requests that would break our rules or cannot be easily achieved.  If you want to know what can be achieved, feel free to ask.
  • If you or anyone who is entrusted in your Private World builds any structure that goes against our server rules, that build will be subject to removal and your private world may be removed.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

  • Gamer Dorks will not refund any purchases made on the server store, and chargebacks are not accepted.  Any chargeback made will result in a permanent ban from the Minecraft server.  If your purchase is billed to an account or card that is not yours, ensure that the cardholder is aware of this purchase.
  • In other words, don't steal your parent's credit card to support the server.  Use your own money to do it instead.
